M.A.R.Y. + M.A.R.Y. = INCREASED QUALITY OF LIFE
 
The first M.A.R.Y. is an acronym for the Minimum Activity Required by You in order for you to obtain increase in your quality of life. (To change your health condition and thus the way that you feel most of the time)
 
The second M.A.R.Y. represents how you are going to take control over your health and how you feel most of the time.
 
Meal Plan- (what you eat) What you eat fuels your body much like the gas in your car. What you eat is even more important because it actually determines the make up of the body itself over time. ( the body is composed of cells that live, die , and regenerate. A major factor in what is achieved in the regeneration of the cells known as you... is WHAT YOU EAT, you really are what you eat...) We try not to use the term die -t. We prefer meal plan for several reasons which we will explore later...
 
Activity (exercise)- You have got to move in a way that stimulates the body, after all the human body is designed to move. As a whole we have become so sedentary and the impact on our health has been catastrophic. You have to involve your physical self in some type of activity in order to get your transition underway.
 
Rest- (sleep pattern)- each of the four principles are extremely crucial to your transition. Rest, however, believe it or not, may weigh a little heavier than the other three put together. I am sure that many will disagree. As you begin your transition towards your fitness goals we will measure the effects of rest against your progress to make this point evident.
 
Your Time- (free time) is a major indicator, measure, if you will of your true quality of life. What do you do with it? Do you even have any "you" time?
